AI Foundations is a new educational program from Minecraft Education and Microsoft designed to help students, educators, and families understand and use AI tools responsibly. We partnered with experts across Microsoft, including the Democracy Forward, Office of Responsible AI, and Education teams to create materials that make AI accessible, fun, and safe for young learners.

Step right up to Fantastic Fairgrounds, our newest Minecraft world that's perfect for students ages 8-14. Available for Minecraft Education and free on the Minecraft Marketplace for Bedrock players, this immersive experience brings AI concepts to life through fun, values-driven gameplay.

Players take on the role of a problem-solver, working alongside an AI assistant to address various issues within a park's pavilions. Through interactive challenges, students will gain practical understanding of AI foundations, data analysis, ethical considerations, and real-world AI applications.
